The Facility Management fee that customers pay ranges from 12 Leva per month to 100 leva per month and more and is determined in an individual offer for each separate building. It depends on the specifics of the building: size, technical parameters of the building, which package of services has been selected. A tailor-made offer for every single building determines the fee the customers pay. To determine the maintenance cost of your property, we need both the description of the building and a personal visit (on-the-spot review) in order to be able to quote the price of the services we deliver.
